Most leading health systems (LHS) are either in the process of developing digital governance structures or iterating to optimize existing structures. Typically, LHS still centralize governance over digital consumer-facing technologies and virtual teams. However, most have not yet landed on a final vision. Citing key case studies from LHS, the webinar addresses the following open questions systems are grappling with:
