The Pride ERG partners with The Health Management Academy teams and leadership to create an environment where LGBTQ+ team members can thrive. Examples of the group's work include
Creating educational sessions that help staff navigate issues around gender, sexual identity, and sexual orientation.
Hosting events like Pride Prom, book clubs, and more to foster and promote inclusive community.
Partnering with the People & Culture team to align on LGBTQ+ needs to promote equitable coverage and an inclusive work environment.

The Pride Employee Resource Group has been an invaluable resource for me as a non-binary person.
